What does it look like and feel like to hold Google in your hands? In 2016, that was the assignment given to Ivy Ross and the design team she leads at Google. To answer that question, she embarked on a mission to shift the company’s understanding of design through our approach to the creative process. This presentation will take you on that journey, from the creation of the new design language to a way of working that continues to be critical to our success. It will also offer insight into my personal passions and ongoing learning that have influenced my approach to leadership and making magic happen at Google.
